Ham Palm Villas is a luxury residential community in Wakiso District of the Central Region of Uganda.
Location
Ham Palm Villas are located within Akright City in Wakiso District of the Central Region, Uganda, bordered by the Kampala–Entebbe Road to the far east, right next to Palm Valley Golf and Country Club along off the Entebbe–Kampala Expressway. The location coordinates are: 0°09'56.7"N 32°31'03.0"E (Latitude: 0.165743, Longitude:32.517502).
The neighborhood is located about 21 kilometres (13 mi) northeast of the town of Entebbe, the nearest large town. This is approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Kampala, the capital and largest city in the country.

Ham Palm Villas[1] is a luxury residential community in Akright City off Entebbe Express Highway. It is privately owned and managed by Hamis Kiggundu under Ham Palm Villas Ltd[2] a Subsidiary of Ham Group Of Companies[3], a Ugandan conglomerate and leading property development company in the country. Ham Palm Villas is the largest indigenous luxury residential community in Uganda.
History
Ham Palm Villas[4] was incorporated in Uganda in 2019, as a Single Member Company at Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
Ham acquired 200 acres of land from Akright and started setting up a one-stop 500 contemporary modern housing project; a Club House, Swimming pools, Gym, Sauna and Steam bath, Saloons and Barber shops, Healthcare facilities like Clinic and Pharmacy, Supermarket, a Fully Fledged Sports Complex with 2 Basketball Courts, 2 Tennis courts, 2 Volleyball courts, Netball court, Football pitch, Fast running internet fiber, a well-organized 2 way road network with solar lighting system, and international school, with a central modern up-to-date security system, the first and still the only one of its kind in the country to-date, Ham Palm Villas. It is located at Bwebajja, approximately 18 kilometers (11 mi) by road southwest of Kampala, Uganda's capital, along Entebbe Express Highway.
