Dream Lock [1] is an upcoming mystery, thriller Bollywood film produced and directed by debutant Vishal Raj. The original screenplay was written by Vishal Raj and Mohammed Irfan.
Plot
A middle-aged man, Rohan Roy, is a doctor not happy in his married life. He embarks on an extramarital affair with his neighbour, Jennifer. He soon realises his mistake and tries to get rid of the girl, but she seems unwilling to compromise and becomes psychotic about Rohan. After a few days, Jennifer disappears without a trace, and Rohan dreams that he kills her. When he wakes up, he discovers bloodstains on his clothes and suspects it was real. A day later, Rohan finds Jennifer’s dead body in his car. Rohan seeks the help of his friend Vijay, a detective, to solve the puzzling mystery of Jennifer’s death and Rohan’s dreams. As Vijay unravels the mystery, dangerous new truths come to light.

Production
Casting
Vishal Raj has brought on board theatre and television artistes. The cast includes Nikkesha from Canada and Faisal Sayed from Mumbai as the lead protagonists. Neetu Singh, Poonam Sirnaik, Trisha Singh and Dhavall Pujara are from Mumbai. Som Nayak and Ramesh Menon are from Bengaluru.
Development
Vishal Raj hired Mohammed Irfan as a co-writer, and script development of the film began in November 2013. The first draft was completed in May 2014.
