Drew Colby (born 1974) is a prominent Shadowgrapher from Gateshead, England. Colby has created work for television and theatre.[1], giving performances on five continents. Described as "an artist at the top of his game" in 2017 by the Croydon Citizen [2] his work is best known for the speed with which he transforms from one character to the next, manual dexterity and whimsical humour. In 2019 Drew created the hand shadow Tripods for the live performances of The War of the Worlds by Jeff Wayne in London. His corporate work includes videos for Nintendo [4] and the RSPB [5].
