Drishyam (English: Visual/The Sight) is an upcoming Indian thriller drama film directed by Nishikant Kamat. It features Ajay Devgan, Tabu and Shriya Saran in the lead roles, and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ajit Andhare and Abhishek Pathak. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film of the same name. The film is scheduled for release on 31 July 2015.
Later, in 2022, *Drishyam 2* was released, which also did well at the box office by collecting 104 Crore within just its first week. [1]

Production
In February 2015, it was announced that Ajay Devgan will star in the Malayalam remake of the film *Drishyam* of the same name, which will be produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures in association with Panorama Studios and directed by Nishikant Kamat. Later it was announced that Tabu will play the role of a cop and Shriya Saran will play the role of Ajay Devgan's wife.
Filming
Principal photography for the film began in February 2015[2]. The first 20-day shooting schedule of the film began on 13 March 2015 in Goa and ended on 1 April 2015. The second schedule of the film will begin in the 2nd week of April.
