It was founded in 2006 by Raquel Bruno - Talent Executive, Booker, Producer, DJ, Journalist and Philanthropist [1]. Bruno has built her business primarily by finding celebrity and human interest talent for television programs, award shows and philanthropic efforts.

History[edit]

Rowan University graduate[2], Raquel Bruno began her career in TV at Viacom and quickly became a part of multiple parts of the company – Nickelodeon, Nick At Nite, TV Land, MTV News, MTV Radio, MTV Online and all related major events. Her coordination of Strategic Partnerships with partners like UPN, Paramount, National Amusements and the Museum of Television & Radio led to new kinds of promotions for the company. She did talent coordination for the Movie Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, Spring Break, TRL and more.

DRIVE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP was started in 2006 (and announced in 2008. [3]. Bruno has added producer credits to her repertoire, with her Disney Parks Magical Christmas Special being nominated for an Emmy .[4]. Since the company’s inception, Bruno has received honors like being included in WALL ST JOURNAL’S WOMEN OF NOTE and accolades from peers, clients and talent.

In 2017 Drive’s Principal, Bruno, resident of Closter, NJ [5], was named to the Jury of PeaceJam Special Jury Prize at Monte Carlo Television Festival [6]
