Driver Booster is a driver updater software developed by IObit to maintain hardware devices by updating and installing outdated, missing, and faulty drivers for common users. It is available for Microsoft Windows.
According to the official website, Driver Booster can update over 400,000 drivers.
Although Driver Booster searches for tested WHQL drivers, it is recommended to only install drivers published by the same company as the previous driver to avoid potential issues.

Detect outdated drivers
By default, the software automatically scans for outdated drivers each time the user launches it. Users can customize this by scheduling daily, weekly, or monthly scans.
Retrieve & update drivers
The software claims to retrieve driver installation files from a cloud library. After downloading, the user selects outdated drivers and clicks "Update" to batch update the selected drivers.
Create system restore point
To mitigate potential risks during driver updates, a "System Restore" feature automatically creates a restore point before updating a driver. This allows the user to revert to the previous state if necessary.

- Version 3.5, released in July 2016, introduced new driver updates and optimized the product's workflow. This was the last stable version in the 3.x series.[8]
- Version 4, released in October 2016, provided full support for the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, a new user interface, a larger database, and optimized features. It also included an "Ignore this update only" option.[9]
