Duke Nukem is an upcoming action film based on the video game series of the same name created by Apogee Software. It will be produced by Legendary Entertainment, Marla Studios, and Counterbalance Entertainment.

In June 2022, it was revealed that Legendary Entertainment bought the film rights to the Duke Nukem video game series from current owner Gearbox Software, and were developing a film with Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg of Counterbalance Entertainment, and Jean Julien Baronnet of Marla Studios producing.[2]
