E-AUKSION electronic trade platform

Electronic trading platform "E-AUKSION" was organized on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the procedures for the sale of property in the execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies" No. 3149 dated July 27, 2017. Subsequently, due to the fact that the organized activity of electronic online auctions has justified itself by creating many amenities for citizens, by Decrees and Decrees of the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the trading platform began to be used in the implementation of other types of objects. Types of assets The trading platform is designed to conduct fair and transparent trading, which makes it possible for its extensive use by citizens to acquire property rights and the right to use objects of the following types:
- State facilities (buildings) and shares;
- Rent (lease of state property and property of other customers);
- The property;
- Motor-transport and special equipment;
- Land plots (for business, for the construction of residential premises, for privatization, for agriculture and for ecotourism);
- The right to extract precious metals;
- The right to extract mineral resources of strategic importance;
- The right to extract minerals;
- Services for cleaning riverbeds and cleaning territories;
- Use of lake systems;
- The right to build and install outdoor advertising objects (on land plots and buildings);
- Locations for radars;
- Installation of stationary points for measuring weight and dimensions;
And other types.
The main objectives of the trading platform: - ensuring legitimacy, transparency and impartiality in the process of holding tenders and tenders for the right of ownership or the right to use objects put up for auction by customers (legal entities or individuals);
- prevention and suppression of price manipulation and other abuses;
- creation of a mechanism that prevents interference in the process of accepting applications and determining the winner of electronic online auctions on the Internet;
- Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information using information security tools.
The above directions of auctions and tenders are organized by the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for the organization of electronic online auctions" by order of legal entities and individuals.
