E-Twow
E-Twow is an electric kick scooter designed and manufactured by Shanghai LLH Electric Vehicle. The company has its main headquarters in Shanghai, China and an assembly factory in Craiova, Romania.
The scooter was invented by a Romanian engineer Sorin Sarbu and it is designed with KERS technology, a regenerative braking system and a magnetic brake. The vehicle comes equipped with two 200 mm (7.87 inches) wheels, an aluminium frame, adjustable handlebars, rear foot brake for emergencies and shock absorber wheels. [1]

Design[edit]
The E-Twow is equipped with a brushless customizable DC motor which is located on the front, inside the airless tire. It uses a lithium-polymer battery which slides into the platform structure. The battery is protected by an airtight hood attached to the frame of the vehicle, which is designed to protect it shock and humidity protection. The battery life is approximately 41 km (25 miles), depending on the user's riding style, body type and the amount of elevation change. The rate of charging the battery ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
