ECRWSSEDDM
ECRWSSEDDM is a United States Postal Service (USPS) acronym for Extended Carrier Route Walking Sequence Saturation – Every Door Direct Mail.[1] It is often used by local retail businesses and a form of advertising and the distribution of coupons, and for the Secretary of State (or equivalent office) to distribute informational voting material ahead of elections, one of their most important duties of state's chief election officer. The use of saturation direct mail has the advantage of the economies of scale and obviates the need to send such material to each registered voter, of which some households may have several. In this wise such material is addressed to "Postal Customer".[2]
