Earnest D. Thomas is an American artist based in Seattle, Washington.

Early life and education

Thomas spent his youth in Hempstead, Texas where he developed interests in art and architecture. After graduation from Prairie View A&M University he worked at Boeing in engineering and management roles.[1]

Career and influences

Thomas has been active as a board member and president of Onyx Fine Arts Collective[2][3] in Seattle. Thomas's work was included in the "Truth B Told" show in 2017[4][5][6] His work was shown in the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art's "Identities: Past, Present and Future"[1] exhibition in 2019. Thomas has spoken on "CityStream: The ONYX Fine Arts Collective"[7], the city's Seattle Channel, and chosen as artist of the week[8] in Seattle Refined.
