Earp: Saints For Sinners is a comic book film adaptation produced by DreamWorks Studios and based on the sci-fi western comic book based on the legendary lawman, Wyatt Earp, taking place in Las Vegas, the only boomtown in the Wild West. It was announced that it will be directed by the former Spider-Man franchise director Sam Raimi.

Plot[edit]

In a world where the American economy has all but collapsed to the levels of the Great Depression, infamous bandits roam the country, and the law is as corrupt as the criminals its sworn to be stopped. Yet one lawman remains a steadfast moral compass for the people: Wyatt Earp. Earp has collared more most-wanted men than anyone in history-but after a violent assignment claims the life of his brother, Wyatt sets out to forge a simple life in the only boomtown left: Las Vegas. With gorgeous women and free-flowing money on endless tap, Sin City attracts more people than a modern gold rush. Though Earp no longer wears a U.S. Marshal badge, his past is about to catch up to him. With nearly everything to lose, Earp will have to beat the odds stacked against him to bring the old-fashioned justice to Sin City.

Characters[edit]

Wyatt Earp: A legendary lawman, who gains reputation after his participation in the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral along with his brothers, Virgil Earp, Morgan Earp, and his friend, Doc Holliday. Earp moves to Las Vegas during the Great Depression, as he fights against his sworn enemy, Jesse James.

Jesse James: A legendary outlaw, who leads the James-Younger Gang, and is an enemy of Wyatt Earp and tries to steal away Earp's girl, Josephine Marcus.

Josephine Marcus: The woman that Jesse James and Wyatt Earp fights over, and the woman of Earp's.

Doc Holliday: The dentist who turns to become a gambler and a gunfighter, and was a part of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. He accompanies Wyatt Earp through this journey to bring the old-fashioned justice back to Sin City.
