East Side Tower or East Side is a skyscraper that would be built at the intersection of Koledovčina and Kanalski street in Zagreb, in the village of Dubrava. The tender for the construction of skyscrapers, MD published a profile of Ðakovo; the contest was announced at the end of 2006. The architect of the skyscrapers is Ante Anin from Düsseldorf. The skyscraper should have 51 floors and be 210 meters tall. East Side Tower will have six underground floors for nearly 1,000 cars. The East Side Tower will be two skyscrapers connected by a central structure. The skyscraper should have more than 56,000 square meters of surface area. Offices will cater to custom tenants, and construction will begin as soon as the necessary permits are obtained. It will be a skyscraper with office spaces. When the East Side Tower is built, it will certainly be the tallest and largest skyscraper in Croatia.
