Edgard Chalabi (25 September 1928 – 4 May 1963) was a Lebanese chess player, two-time Lebanese Chess Championship winner (1956, 1958).

Biography

In the 1960s, Edgard Chalabi was one of Lebanon's leading chess players. He twice won the Lebanese Chess Championship: 1956 and 1958.

Edgard Chalabi played for Lebanon in the Chess Olympiads:[1]

His untimely death led to the cancellation of the 1963 Lebanese Chess Championship.
