From what I can see so far, this article is mostly about the person, so you should start the page with something like: {{quote|'''Upendra Narayan''' is an Indian road safety activist, known for inventing the ceramic reflector...}} You have two good citations, but you need at least two or so more news articles that discuss his significance and impact. English is preferred, but if you can't source a fact to an English publication, it's fine to instead use one in an Indian language. Please add at least two more sources to the article, and remove the '''bolding''' except for the first use of his name. I think you're on a good track here, if you can find a little more sourcing.
