Educators is a New Zealand unscripted comedy series first broadcast in 2019. Created by comedians Jackie van Beek, Jesse Griffin, and Jonathan Brugh, it follows the staff of a suburban New Zealand high school. [1]

Judy announces that the school play will be Equus, much to the shock of the rest of the staff. Robyn talks to her class about the road to their eventual death and asks them to write a confidential journal entry about their lives. She then shares the students' writing with the other staff. Vinnie reads Jayden's entry which accuses him of bullying, and makes him clean the P.E. shed as punishment. Robert enrols himself into school at 46 as an adult student, in order to spend time with his daughter Maia after his divorce. | ||||

Jarred offers Jayden the lead in the school play to stop his parents complaining to the Ministry of Education, much to Judy's annoyance. | ||||

Educators has received generally positive reviews. Sam Brooks for The Spinoff praised the performances of the cast, and in particular Jackie van Beek, calling her "the undisputed star of the show."[4]
