Leeson is the son of filmmaker and War Child founder Bill Leeson.

The Pan I Am[edit]

On 9 December 2007, following the split of Larrikin Love, Leeson unveiled his new project 'The Pan I Am' at the Lyric Theatre in Hammersmith, December 2007. Lee stated that the band's shows would be "a step forward from your average concert and will blur theatre, performance and music".[3]

Further shows took place, including a small UK tour, a slot for the BBC at 2008's South by South West festival in Austin, Texas, USA where they performed on the same bill as MGMT and Florence and The Machine as part of Steve Lamacq's BBC6 night, and a New Year's Eve show with Foals and Metronomy. The band released their debut single 'Young god/bad thing' on 10 November 2008. A double A Side single [4] 'Fire Dance/O.R.L.D' was released in June 2009. Although plans were afoot for a debut album,[3] the band split with no announcement.

Camusflage Krokodial[edit]

In March 2008, Lee showcased a short play/one-man monologue[3] written and directed by himself, "Camusflage Krokodial" at the London Word Festival.

The play was also performed at the Laugharne Weekend, alongside performances by Patti Smith, Will Self and DBC Pierre.

Other works[edit]

Leeson appeared in the episode "What In The Name of God..." of Ross Kemp's "Ultimate Force" playing a member of a religious commune.[5]

Sunless '97[edit]

In 2011, Leeson formed Sunless '97 with Alice Davies and Matthew McGough.[6] Their debut EP Making Waves was released on 28 November 2011, through Abeano.[7] Further singles, Body Weatner/Azul in 2012 and Aurora in 2013 were released through Not Even. In 2014 the band released the single 'Pure4sure / Aia'.
