Eitan Bernath,[8] who started posting on social media in 2010, produced a variety of content under his own banner before founding Eitan Productions in 2015. The company is named eponymously after Bernath.[9]
According to The New York Times, the company "continues hiring more staff every few months."[1]
In January 2021, Olivia Anderson, formerly head of recruitment for New York Magazine, joined the company as a Senior Culinary Producer.[10]
