Eivor Martinus

Eivor Martinus (born April 30, 1943 in Göteborg), is a Swedish-British writer,[1] translator and dramatist.[2][3][4] She is wife of television and theater director Derek Martinus.[5]

Books and translation[edit]

Martinus translated fifteen plays of August Strindberg into English. She also dramatized works by Hjalmar Bergman, Pär Lagerkvist, Hjalmar Söderberg and Ingmar Bergman for radio and theater.[6]
