El Valle Golf Resort is on the Costa Cálida (‘Warm Coast’) in south east Spain.
History[edit]
The golf resort was originally a project of Polaris World and was completed in 2005 and opened that year. It covers an area of 1.100.000m2 and consists of 688 dwellings - 369 villas, each with its own swimming pool and 319 apartments. There is a clubhouse with a spacious terrace overlooking the 18th green, which has a bar, restaurant, pro shop, gym etc.
Golf[edit]
The golf course itself is 18-hole, Par 71 in a beautiful desert valley and forms part of the Polaris World Nicklaus Golf Trail.
Location[edit]
It is in the region of Murcia, next to the El Valle regional nature reserve, an area of great beauty at the foot of the Cresta del Gallo mountain range. The resort is around 20 minutes drive to the beaches and is currently served by two international airports – Alicante and Corvera.
