Elizabeth Maguire

Elizabeth Shires (Liz) Maguire was the CEO of Ipas (organization) for sixteen years (1999-2015) and the first woman to serve as Director of the Office of Population and Reproductive Health at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).[1][2]
Early life[edit]
Maguire earned a M.A. in Sociology and Demography from Georgetown University.[1]
