Elliot Osagie is an American software engineer, music producer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Willingie, a media and tech company, and the record label, Benin City Entertainment.[1][2]

Osagie founded Willingie, an entertainment, and digital media company. Osagie's Willingie has worked with The Notorious B.I.G. state for around a decade.[3][4] In 2022, Osagie alongside Kayo co-produced a song by Biggie titled G.O.A.T. featuring Bella Alubo and Ty Dolla $ign. The song contains Biggie's vocals from the track I Love The Dough, from his 1997 album, Life After Death with Jay-Z and Angela Winbush.[5][6][7]
Through his company, Willingie, Osagie partnered with Meta Platforms and Gunpowder & Sky to celebrate Biggie's 50th birthday with a virtual reality concert titled The Notorious B.I.G. Sky’s The Limit: A VR Concert Experience where Biggie performed his classics.[8][9][10]
Osagie is the founder of Benin City Entertainment record label. Benin City Entertainment signed several artists including, Rebel Rae, Bella Alubo,[11] and Tniyah.[12]
