Emily Julia Frederica Nahon (born 17 May 2007) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Vrouwen Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag. Born in the Netherlands, she represents Indonesia at international level.
Early life
Nahon was born in Oegstgeest, Netherlands. Nahon has Indonesian ancestry from her father side. Her grandmother's was born in Bogor.[1]
Club career
Nahon started her football career at ADO Den Haag youth team when she was 14 years old and immediately played for their U-16 team from 2021 to 2023. In the 2023–24 season, Nahon was promoted to the U-19 team of ADO Den Haag and she has also played for the senior team numerous times.[2]
International career
Nahon has opted to represent the Indonesia women's national team.
She was called up to the national team for the preparation for the upcoming 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup qualification.[3] She made her debut against Kyrgzystan women's national team in a 1–0 win.
Personal life
Nahon was born to a Dutch father with Indonesia heritage, Vincent Nahon born in The Hague, and her mother, Martine Fluitsma, born in Uitgeest. Her paternal grandmother, Julie Rancuret, was born in Bogor, West Java.[1]
On 10 June 2025, alongside Iris de Rouw, Isa Warps, & Felicia de Zeeuw, Nahon obtained Indonesian citizenship.[4]
