Dipika Sharma was born in Bangalore, India. She completed her primary education from BBUL Jain Vidyalaya and secondary education from Sophia High School[2]. In 2013, she moved to the United States to pursue her BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Engineering/Industrial Management from Drexel University, Philadelphia.

During her time at Drexel, Sharma received the Student Life award - Marilyn A, was a global scholar[3][4] and part of advising committee to the provosts in 2016[5] and 2017[6]. Further, she participated in NASA's Revolutionary Aerospace Systems Concepts – Academic Linkages (RASC-AL) and developed a plan for in-situ energy generation and storage for a Martian habitat.[7] This was a part of Drexel University’s 2015 entry to the NASA Revolutionary Aerospace Systems Concepts – Academic Linkage (RASC-AL) competition. The project was selected as one of the 16 national finalists and Saha’s team presented their research, including a technical paper and poster, to a panel of NASA and industry experts in Cocoa Beach, Florida.[8] Her academic projects include efforts to make potable water accessible and designing wearable devices for early brain disease detection.

Currently the head of product at Polywrap[10], Sharma developed PolyGPT/Evo.ninja[11], targeting to make AI accessible to over 5 million users. She is also working to make Web3 accessible to over 10 million users.

Pennn (ZivBio)[edit]

Sharma is the co-founder of ZivBio[12], Australia's number 1 bioplastics supplier and retailer, and co-founder of PENNN, ZivBio's up-and-coming daughter company, launched in 2021. The company patented technology for bio-degradable sanitary pads.

CircleCI[edit]

As a product manager at CircleCI, Sharma increased the first-time user experience by 20%, translating to over millions in revenue. She also made the documentation site more accessible.

Deloitte[edit]

Sharma worked as a management consultant at Deloitte, contributing to projects for clients like Google, Pfizer, and Humana. She presented an initiative to improve call center employees' workload at Dreamforce in November 2019.

Personal Life[edit]
