Emmanuel Nnamdi Michael (/ˈnɑːmdi/ NAHM-dee ; born 11 November, 1972) is a Nigerian human resources manager and the head of human resources at Letshego, Nigeria, since June 2016.[1]

He has been invited by The Punch Newspapers Nigeria to speak on the Nigerian labour law.[2] He has been a panelist for United Kingdom Lotus Awards, Mactay group and SureGifts. He has been awarded the 100 Most Influential Global HR Leaders 2018 and 100 Global HR Heroes 2019 at the World HRD Congress held in Mumbai, India, an award presented by Dr. R. L. Bhatia, a former governor of Kerala and Bihar.[17][18][19][20][21]
