EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION.
Engineer Muhammad Ali Wudil was born on 1st October 1960 in Unguwar Danya of Wudil Local Government Area of Kano State. He attended Wudil Primary School, Wudil, Wudil Craft School (G.T.T S Wudil) And Obtained West African School Certificate (WASC) In the Year 1979 before proceeding to Kaduna Polytechnic and obtained his National Diploma, and Higher National Diploma where he studied Electrical Engineering in 1985. He then proceeded to bayero university kano (BUK), where he studied Electrical Engineering and graduated in the year 1993.
CAREER
Engineer Muhammad Ali Wudil FNSE. started working at the Kano State Rural Electricity Board (R.E.B) serving as civil servant for over 20 Years in various capacities and rising through the ranks of Director, Managing Director. In 2004 and 2006 respectively. Engineer Muhammad Ali Wudil then resigned his position as the Managing Director of the Kano State Rural Electricity Board to join politics. In 2007 the was elected as the member House of Representative to represent elected as a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives representing Garko-Wudil Federal Constituency under the platform of All Nigerians People’s Party ANPP. He was re-elected in 2011,2015 and 2019 During his tenure as a legislator Engineer. Muhammad Ali has served in the following committees: Ethics & privileges committee; Labour committee, employment and productivity committee; science and technology committee; power committee; and works committee. He is currently the Chairman of the House Committee on Labor, Employment and Productivity.
