In 2022, the firm closed Enlightenment Capital Solutions Fund IV with approximately $540 million in investor commitments, representing a significant increase in scale compared to prior funds.[6][7]
In November 2024, Enlightenment Capital announced the closing of Enlightenment Capital Solutions Fund V, L.P., raising approximately $825 million in total commitments. The fund was reported as oversubscribed and exceeded its original fundraising target, making it the firm’s largest fund to date.[8][9][10]
As of late 2024, regulatory filings and third-party analytics estimate that Enlightenment Capital manages approximately $2.3 billion in assets under management across its fund platform and related investment vehicles.[11]
