Entire Software Pty Ltd is an Australian Software development[1] company develops and sells EntireHR a human capital management ERP[2] software for the recruitment[3] & labour hire[4] sector. EntireHR is a SaaS provides Applicant tracking system, Rostering and Payroll Software. The Entire head office is based in Frankston, Australia with a development centre in India and key distributor set-up in Singapore and Dubai. The company received significant recognition in the Australian Health care industry after it's software was deployed as part of the Victorian Aged Care Response [5], which was created by the Department of Health and Human Services (Victoria) to combat the impact of Coronavirus disease 2019 upon Elderly care facilities in Victoria, Australia. The software was selected by the RCSA Surge Workforce[6] because of it's ability to rapidly schedule nurses and it's inbuilt Contact tracing ability which helped with Infection prevention and control.

In 2009, Steve Thomson partnered with Sachin Nischal and decided to develop a software to solve the nurse scheduling problem[7], which took 3 years. Steve Thomson left the corporate world to join "Caring for You Nursing Agency" which was established by his wife Louise Thomson in 2004. With Steve’s experience in the corporate sector at CSR he understood the value of software and decided to build a Labour Hire specific ERP software. Steve wanted to design a software which could be an All-in-One Staffing Software and realized that the software needs to be programmed in such a way that it helps to regain control and scale recruitment and labour hire business in Australia.
- In 2010 Sachin Nischal was appointed as head developer, also the Indian development centre for Entire Software was established.
- In 2012, the recruitment and allocation modules were launched. And "Caring for You Nursing Agency" was set-up as the beta client.
- In 2013 the EntireHR Workforce App[8] was integrated & launched which increased the accuracy and efficiency by reducing the time to fill the shift.
- In 2014 the finance module was released along with the client and the staff mobile apps & user portals to complete the end-to-end recruitment system.
- In 2015 Final testing was done on the beta client and the software was rolled out to be used by several nursing agencies[9], and small disability agencies.
- In 2015 Entire Software Pty Ltd was founded by Blake Thomson & Sachin Nischal with the head office based in Frankston South, Victoria, Australia, with its development centre based in India.
- In 2016 we implemented EntireHR into multiple nursing and disability agencies without any setup fee.
- In 2017 single touch payroll in Australia was launched by Entire Software.
- In 2018 we secured the first enterprise and hospitality client and finished the year with active 24 clients.
- In 2019 we launched the "Enterprise X1" version of EntireHR with add-ins.
- In 2020 the EntireHR product was selected by the Australian government & RCSA, in part due to inbuilt infection control[10] and contact tracing software (https://www.insightsfromanalytics.com/post/contact-tracing-platform-developed-in-quickbase ) [11] to provide the Covid-19 surge workforce response[12] to help combat the surge workforce. This led to one of the product users being awarded a Bronze Stevie award under Most Valuable Corporate Response category for "Best Practice Response to 2020 Pandemic[13]".
- In 2020 Entire Software became a part of the RCSA’s ‘Working Sooner’ campaign[14][15].

The company's product EntireHR which was founded to solve the “nurse scheduling problem” after working at CSR limited and seeing how SAP was to corporate success[16]. This growth continued for many years and led to further technology innovations[17] which was a long implementation that has continued for many years.
EntireHR is cloud based end-to-end recruitment software designed for growing Australian staffing and labour hire companies. It handles all the main components of Applications, Recruitment, Onboarding, Scheduling[18], CRM, Payroll[19], Invoicing[20] and Capturing Availability & Timesheets[21] with the mobile apps. EntireHR currently helps thousands of qualified people across Australia find rewarding work in the fastest, smoothest possible way.
