Enviro India is an integrated facility management services company, engaged in the operation and maintenance of infrastructure, machinery and the running and management of residential and commercial spaces using technology and manpower.[1][2]

Enviro India was founded in the year 1988 as a facility management and maintenance company under Vatika Group. The company has its headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana. Currently, Enviro is providing Integrated Facility Management Services for around 90 million sq. ft. area across 8 cities in the country.[3]
Enviro started with providing integrated facility management services to residential and commercials sites. Moreover, they cater to schools, universities, hospitals, hotels and manufacturing units.[4]
Services[edit]
Enviro India provides technical operations & maintenance services for HVAC and DG sets, WTP, Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Chillers, HVAC, CCTV & Gate Barrier System [5], Water and Fire Pumps & Parking Management and Security. Further, it is into soft services and business support services like House keeping, Waste Management [6], Facade Cleaning, Pest Control Services, Health and Safety [7], Landscaping and Horticulture, Vendor Management and Procurements, Preventive Management, Inventory Control, AMC / Warranty / Insurance Management services.
'Enviro mobile app', has been developed to help clients view their electricity bill, raise a service request, be aware about the latest events happening in their society, Visitor management System, and Society billing. Enviro offers SAAS based products, such as VMS, Billing software, Remote monitoring software and bespoke solutions such as E-more.
The Client Service Cell (CSC) is the complaint management system, working towards registering and providing updates on client complaints. It is cloud backed and can be scaled as per client needs.
Enviro has worked on various eco-friendly projects wherein it is managing 750 water harvesting pits, implemented an energy saving plan by utilizing LED lights planted 1 Lac+ trees, plants and shrubs, installed solar panels that save 90,000 KWH/per month, installed more than 1000 solar powered street and basement lights and continues to work towards sustainability.[8]
Partnerships[edit]
In the year 2020, Enviro India collaborated with Yulu to offer safe e-mobility services within Vatika’s residential and integrated townships in Gurugram that are managed by Enviro. The partnership was started amidst the pandemic to serve citizens of Gurugram by offering last mile connectivity in the absence of public transport.[9][10][11]
Recently, Tata Power collaborated with Enviro to install 59 EV charging points at its properties across Gurugram. Commuters can have access to the chargers, which will encourage them to use battery-powered vehicles. The collaboration was made to accelerate the e-mobility adoption across EV users in the National Capital Region (NCR).[12][13] The EV chargers will be installed at 18 locations across the properties of Vatika Group in the city that are managed by Enviro.
