Environmental Informalism
Environmental Informism is the sociopolitical belief that science predicted current environmental changes decades ago, but due to political inaction, and public neglect, the precipent disaster upon us is not a surprize or a shock.
A consequence of Environmental Informism is a lack of sympathy for municiplal, provincial/state, and/or national governments, businesses and/or corporations when environmental disaster strikes.
Though, empathy may be felt for individuals in distress.
