Shama Mohamed is an Indian politician and National Media Panelist[1][2] of the Indian National Congress[3].. She campaigned extensively for the Congress during the 17th Lok Sabha Elections.,[4] especially in Wayanad, the constituency of Congress President Rahul Gandhi.
Personal life[edit]
Shama was born in New Mahe in Kerala, and moved to Kuwait[5] at the age of two. She completed her primary education from the Indian School, Kuwait[5] and lived there till 1990. Obtained her bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from Mangalore University[5]. She is a passionate advocate of education for all, Women's rights.[6] [7] She is married and has two children.
Career[edit]
In 2005 Shama joined the Indian National Congress[3] she was appointed media panelist by Rahul Gandhi.[2][1][8] and on 25 July 2020, Congress president Sonia Gandhi appointed Shama Mohamed as National spokespersons of the AICC[9][10]
