Estrella Falls
Estrella Falls is a regional shopping mall complex under development and construction by Macerich, located in Goodyear, Arizona, about 20 miles west of downtown Phoenix. It is composed of two sections: one being a power centre called The Market at Estrella Falls, and the other being a mixed-use regional center which will include residential and hotel space.[1]
Anchor stores committed to the project are Dillard's, Macy's and Harkins Theatres. Originally, the opening was planned for 2008; however, the shopping center has since been delayed multiple times. In 2008, the mall was delayed until fall 2010,[2] then in February 2009, delayed until 2011,[3] and finally in November 2009, until 2016.[4]
