Ever Gotesco Commonwealth Center (Formally Ever Gotesco Mall Commonwealth Center) is a shopping mall built in 1994 and located in Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. It’s the 3rd Ever Gotesco mall built by the Gotesco Investment Incorporated, after Ever Center Las Piñas.
History
In 1989, after Ever Center Las Piñas opened, Ever Gotesco bought a 5 hectare lot in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. The construction started in 1992 until June 1994. It was completed and opened to the public on September 27, 1994. The existence of the mall led to the formation of the new company called Ever Gotesco Resources And Holdings Inc., which was founded the same day the mall was opened.
In 2007, the mall was known for being the place of the kidnapping of Jonas Burgos.
In 2019, the mall became the 8th largest mall in the Philippines and the largest Ever Gotesco mall in terms of land and floor area. In 2019, the mall expanded its land area due to its redevelopment in 2017–2021. It was renamed into Ever Gotesco Mall Commonwealth Center in 2017 and Ever Commonwealth Center in 2018.
In 2023, Ever Gotesco became full owner of the 15.9 hectare mall after being leased for 29 years.
Features
The design of the mall features a castle-like building similar to a Disneyland castle, with 500 parking spaces.
It has 3–4 floors, with the lower ground floor housing a supermarket and some restaurants. In mid-2017, they introduced Calle Bistro, which opened in 2018, and in 2023, Famtastic Center was introduced and opened in August 2023.

It is the first and only major shopping mall in the area of Batasan Hills and Matandang Balara.
