Everise Holdings is a Singapore-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm. It is owned by Sunrise BPO and Everstone Group and owns C3/CustomerContactChannels through which it runs BPO centres in the USA, Guatemala, and the Philippines[2].

Through its partnership with South Korean firm UBASE, it runs Globee, a business services centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia[3].

Everise is run and founded by Sudhir Agarwal, the CEO of Everise.

History[edit]

Everstone Group partnered with Sunrise BPO in 2016 to purchase C3/CustomerContactChannels. The acquisition was led by Everstone Group, an India-focused private equity and real estate investment firm, through their Singapore-based company, Everise[4].

Sunrise BPO Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based Business Process management (“BPO”) company. Sudhir Agarwal founded Sunrise BPO, before becoming CEO of Everise[5].

In October 2016, Everise purchased the global CRM solutions provider C3/CustomerContactChannels. Investment for the purchase came from Sunrise BPO and Everstone Group[6].

Everise partnered with Microsoft in February 2018 to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for the BPO industry. The partnership allows Everise to leverage Microsoft’s technology to develop omni-channel customer service solutions that will target voice, video and text interactions[7] [8].

In March 2018 Everise partnered with UBASE, South Korea’s largest BPO firm, to launch Globee Services, a business services centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that also incorporates the use of big data and predictive AI for its clients[9].

In September 2018, Everise acquired the Malaysian conversational AI start-up, Hyperlab. Hyperlab will fall under the Everise umbrella of companies and operate as a subsidiary based in Malaysia[10]

In December 2018 Everise acquired the US-based company Trusource Labs, a firm that specialises in technical support for Internet of Things and Apple devices[11]
