FC Accipiter is an American amateur soccer club based out of Wooster, Ohio, playing in the Northern Ohio Soccer League.
History[edit]
The club was founded in 2019 and began its first season in the NOSL later that year. The name FC Accipiter is based on the Latin word for hawk, and for the Accipiter Hawk that can be found in Wooster, where the team plays.[1]
On July 13, 2019, FC Accipiter defeated Amish Country United 3-1 in the NOSL Playoff final to win the NOSL championship .[2]
