FUSH d.o.o. is a fabrics and apparel manufacturer and supplier headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia. The company covers all the garment production aspects: design, sampling, fabrics knitting (with rib, interlock, and single machines), automatic fabric cutting, dye sublimation printing and screen printing, sewing, embroidery, packing, and delivery.
History[edit]
Founded in 2005, FUSH d.o.o. started in a little more than 200 square meters of space, split between the basement and the ground floor of an apartment building in Dorćol, Belgrade. Sample sewing and manual cutting were the only production aspects covered by the company at the time. To expand the scope of services, in 2017 FUSH relocated to a former furniture store in Miljakovac, Belgrade. In the new facility, printing, automatic cutting, embroidery, and the more complicated sampling services were made possible and became a part of the in-house offer. The same year, the company purchased the defunct textile and yarn factory ITP Grdelica.[1][2], located in Oraovica, Serbia. In 2019, the newly-purchased plant started working, with the services expanding to sewing and fabrics knitting.
Social and Environmental Responsibility[edit]
The company is a strong advocate for social and environmental responsibility. FUSH has been a regular donations partner of NURDOR[3] and Belhospice (part of Hospices of Hope)[4]. The expansion in South-Eastern Serbia to the former ITP Grdelica factory opened up to a 100 workplaces in a region that has been neglected by investors.[5]
The company‘s textile waste is sent to both NURDOR and Iron Sport Zrenjanin and repurposed. The company has created its own line of sportswear made of recycled polyester called PUSH[6]
