Fairway Capital is a London, UK based investment firm[1] focused on real estate.[2] They are most notable for developing central London residential homes.[3] In 2020, the fund closed an initial equity raise of £80m[4] and amassed a substantial portfolio of central London dwellings[5] by acquiring and refurbishing[6] older properties.[7]
