Farid Mammadov (Azerbaijani: Fərid Eldəniz oğlu Məmmədov born 15 April 1977) is the Chairman of the Board[1] of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Education[edit]
1992–1997 – A bachelor's degree in Economy and Management at Azerbaijan University.
1997–1999 – A master's degree in International Economic Relations at Azerbaijan University.
2012–2014 – A Professional MBA in Project and Process Management[2] at the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Career[edit]
Between 1996-2018, he worked as a manager in various state bodies, including central executive authorities, and private organizations, as well as in well-known foreign consulting companies (Arcadis Group, Mott MacDonald. Moreover, he was involved as a project coordinator and manager in several international projects.
On 13 December, 2018, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision.
Public activity[edit]
Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Monitoring Commission on the Implementation of State Monitoring in the Field of the Rights of People with Disabilities.[3]
Since 2024, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the European Social Network.[4][5]
