Farmacina Ltd. (or Farmacina) was an online and mail-order pharmacy located in the UK. It was founded in Romania in November 2016, before relocating to the United Kingdom in January 2017 to serve as an online pharmacy with e-prescribing services.
History[edit]
In November 2016, Farmacina Ltd started in Oradea, Romania. A month later, the Romanian Ministry of Health fined the pharmacy €25000 (25000 euros) for delivery of prescription medication contrary to Romanian law.[1][2][3] The company began operations in the UK in January 2017.[4]
The company was dissolved on June 12, 2018.[5]
