Farmhut is the biggest Zimbabwean digital market for farmers that gives them access to premium markets and connects them directly to buyers eliminating the middlemen complex.[6]
Farmhut supports women smallholder farmers to attain productivity and profitability. With over a third of the food grown by farmers never gets to the table as that goes to food waste, Farmhut developed a smart market infrastructure that allow farmers to place their produce for sell before they even finish harvesting ensuring that there are no losses that occur post harvest due to lack of markets.[7]
