The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, or Rosselkhoznadzor, is a Russian federal executive body responsible for the control and supervision of veterinary drugs, plant protection, pesticides and agrochemicals, disease control, and other functions. Its head, as of 2015, is Dankvert Sergey Alexeevich.[1]
