Fellowship of Faith for the Muslims
Fellowship of Faith for the Muslims (FFM) is an international fellowship of Christians who commit to pray for the Muslim world.
FFM origins[edit]
It was founded by Annie van Sommer, her niece, and John Martin Cleaver after a talk given by Dr Samuel Zwemer in 1915 at the Keswick Convention, England.[1]
FFM Today[edit]
The Fellowship is organised by committees of volunteers, some of whom are missionaries, but FFM itself is not a mission agency. FFM in the UK, in North America and New Zealand compiles and sends out prayer requests, sourced from various Christian mission agencies, relating to the topic of Muslim peoples across the world, and opportunities they may have to share their faith, eg. Bible translation, media programmes, and church activities. The members who receive the regular prayer points (by post or email or prayer app) pay a subscription, and are invited to gather in prayer meetings and conferences. FFM currently has branches in the UK (which publishes prayer items monthly, and now renamed CFPM) [2], and in North America [3] (which publishes prayer items 3 times a year), and in New Zealand.
