Fely Constantino was a Filipino director and actor, who mostly directed comedy.

Constantino also known as F.H. Constantino and Felicing Constantino. His screenplay Sa Tokyo Ikinasal was the Filipino adaptation of Madame Butterfly, the opera by Giacomo Puccini.
