Liofer Bantoc Pinatacan (born March 10, 1999), is a Filipino actor and television personality known for winning , Pinoy Big Brother: Connect where he was dubbed as "The Dong Diskarte of Zamboanga del Sur".[1] [2]

On the show's opening night, Pinatacan was indirectly confirmed to be one of the 3 housemates entering in a later day. He entered the house on Day 5 alongside Alyssa Exala.
On Day 95, he secured himself a spot in the season's finale after defeating Amanda Zamora in the Challenger Task. Pinatacan ultimately won the season in a relatively close race over Andrea Abaya. With this win, Pinatacan became the first winner in the philippine iteration of the show to had never been nominated.
