Feminine capital
Feminine capital resides at the intersection between social feminist and entrepreneurial capital theory.[1] Feminine capital is an aggregation of feminine ways of knowing, roles and expectations, values, and behaviour that is individual and collective, assets that can be realized through entrepreneurship.[2] Situating gender in the centre of the venture creation process,[3] feminine entrepreneurial actions and interactions are conceptualized to be emotional, cooperative, harmonizing, and empathetic.[4] In practice, feminine capital is evidenced in opportunity identification and entrepreneurial ethics.[5] Feminine capital is a non-financial resource that has social and economic value.[6]
