Feminist Current is a radical feminist online news and commentary website as well as podcast based on Canada, founded by Meghan Murphy. The site aims to "provide a unique perspective on male violence against women, pop culture, politics, current events, sexuality, gender, and many other issues that are often underrepresented or misrepresented by mainstream, progressive, and feminist media sources."[1]
The website was launched in the year 2012, and won Best Feminism Blog in the Canadian Blog Awards in the same year.[2]
