Kotak Mahindra Bank is planning to subscribe 4,995 equity shares in Ferbine Private Limited to acquire an equity shareholding of 9.99 percent[1]. Bharti Airtel’s wholly-owned subsidiary Airtel Digital Ltd. has also agreed to buy 10% in the company[2].
