Fiesta hotels
Palladium Hotel Group, formerly Fiesta Hotel Group, is a Spanish hotel chain based in the Balearic Island of Ibiza, Spain. It currently comprises seven brands, which include The Royal Suites by Palladium, Palladium Hotels & Resorts, Ayre Hotels, Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, Fresh Hotels & Apartments, Mallorca Rocks Hotel and Sa Talaia Hotel Rural & Restaurant. The chain operates in many countries, primarily in Spain and the Caribbean. The new Grand Palladium Imbassai Resort & Spa in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, opened in 2010.[1]
They have launched in 2012 the brand Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel that counts 2 hotels in Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza. The Ushuaïa Club which opened in 2012 and The Ushuaïa Tower which opened in 2013.[2]

The Matutes family created the Fiesta Hotel Group in the 1960s with two hotels in Ibiza, Spain. Throughout the 1970s the chain expanded, adding more hotels in Ibiza, as well as in Menorca, Spain and Majorca, Spain. In the 1980s the chain expanded to the Canary Islands. During the 1990s they focused on the Caribbean, and opened several resorts in the area while also strengthening their presence in Spain. The 2000s (decade) have also been a period of strong expansion, as the Fiesta Hotel Group opened several resorts in Mexico and has several projects in the works.
