History
Cuomo announced the party in 2025 as a way to continue in the election should he lose the Democratic primary, which he did on June 24, 2025. He conceded to Zohran Mamdani,[8] resulting in the Fight and Deliver Party being the only ballot line to which Cuomo has access.[7]
