FirmVO LLC is an American company that sells Serviced Offices, Virtual Offices, Coworking Spaces, Meeting Rooms, Community Packages, and IT Services to law firms, solo practicionars and large law firms. It was established in 2017, and has three California locations, two in New York and one each in Boston, Dallas and Washington, D.C .[2] FirmVO's business model focuses on virtual memberships and a majority of members rarely come into the office, instead using the locations as a satellite or virtual office location, while the locations are outfitted with litigation war rooms, private office's and meeting room's.[3]. FirmVO is one of the first national Coworking providers that is exclusive to attorneys and law firms, and has helped appease ethics concerns for attorneys by not sharing office space or a Virtual office with none attorneys.[4].

History[edit]

FirmVO was founded by Moshe Sussman in 2017.[5] [6]

In June 2019, FirmVO was invited to the Duke Center on Law & Technology's Tech Lab, as one of 12 early-stage companies participating in the cohort. FirmVO was selected to the traditional legal services market for historically underserved customers segment of the lab.[7]

In April 2020, amid the Coronavirus disease 2019, FirmVO was one of five companies to sign a large office lease in New York City, the lease at the Mutual Reserve Building was for a full floor.[8] [9] [10]
